NATALIE BARR, EMCEE
Natalie Barr is the news presenter on Australia’s number one breakfast show, Sunrise. For the best part of 14 years, Natalie has been an integral part of Seven’s Sunrise bringing Australian audiences the latest breaking news and current affairs.
Nat was born and raised in the small West Australian city of Bunbury. After high school she moved to Perth to study journalism at Curtin University. From there she secured a cadetship on the community newspaper The Wanneroo Times for a couple of years before being lured away to television and The Golden West Network in Kalgoorlie.
From regional work Natalie cracked Perth working on breakfast radio for six months and freelancing for the Nine Network. Natalie then decided experience overseas would be invaluable and she moved to the US where she worked for several years in Los Angeles at stations KABC, KTLA and KCOP. She won a Golden Mic for Best Newscast Writing in 1994 and a Los Angeles Area Emmy Award nomination for her work on KCOP's coverage of the OJ Simpson car chase.
Since returning home to Australia, Natalie has been invaluable within the Seven network working as both a reporter and presenter. Among the many major breaking news events Nat has covered – this year alone - are the Rockhampton floods and the devastating Manchester bombings.
When not at work Natalie spends her time with her husband Andrew and two boys, Lachlan and Hunter.

JELLYBEAN JAM, BAND
Jellybean Jam have performed over 2000 shows since 1993 and have the reputation as Sydney's premier function band. Not content to just sit back and perform tired old routines - they are constantly updating their set list to incorporate both old faves and current hits. Their medleys are fantastic and with over 300 songs in their repertoire they will keep the dance floor full all night long. Disco to Swing, Motown to Latin, Funk, Rock , Pop, Hip Hop. No era of music genre is spared!
Jellybean Jam are a Northern Beaches favourite and you won't be disappointed once they start playing!!
GEOFF (Centre), CRYSTAL CITIES
Since the release of their first single, Crystal Cities have gone from strength to strength, charting at #2 on the Triple J Unearthed Charts and debuting at #10 on the AMRAP charts within the first week of release. Not bad for a completely independent band!
We can't wait to hear Geoff in action at our Sponsor's Welcome Reception.
